Daytrading University is committed to your privacy.

The Information We Collect
When you opt-in to our email newsletter, we and/or our aweber.com, icontact.com or other third party email subscribtion management service collect your email address information. For our membership sites and services, we also track your IP address(es) to prevent unauthorized password sharing. These sites and services include the www.chartscans.com alerts service, webinars held via our gotowebinar platform, and other sites. We also collect your shipping/mail address information that is provided by you during your ordering process.

How We Use the Information
Once you provide us with your email address via the opt-in link and/or by ordering, or participating in one of our webinars, you will receive periodic complimentary emails, updates and promotions related to our Daytrading University network of trading sites. We use your IP address information with our security script to detect and prevent multiple IP addresses/password sharing. Your physical mail address may be used for periodic print promotions that we send out. Also if you participate in our online gotowebinar.com events and/or purchase products or services that we co-develop with others, your information that you provide during the order and/or registration process may be shared with our co-presenters, and you may be contacted by those webinar co-presenters and/or those that we have co-produced content with.

Some of our sites contain links to other sites whose information practices may be different than ours. Visitors should consult the other sites' privacy notices as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.

For example, if you buy products and/or services from us, our credit card processors, paypal and/or regsoft.com or createspace.com/customflix.com, will collect information from you. They have individual privacy policies applying to their businesses that you are encouraged to review as well, prior to releasing any information to them, since their privacy policies vary from ours. If you register for educational partner events, they have their own privacy policies.
